Home Seekers Are Invited to Preview Model Homes on Saturday, July 27
MENIFEE, CA – Silver Trail, one of the newest Southern California communities from Woodside Homes, will host a grand opening celebration on Saturday, July 27, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with family-friendly activities and complimentary lunch. The public is invited to tour model homes in this peaceful, rural setting surrounded by the San Jacinto and San Bernardino mountains, magnificent foliage, and century-old rock formations. When complete, Silver Trail will consist of 30 one- and two-story single family homes. Large lot sizes from 7,400 to 15,000 square feet will allow families to spread out and enjoy privacy. Many lots will offer an optional RV package that includes a parking pad, hookups, and a gate.
Silver Trail enjoys a low tax rate, and there is no Homeowner’s Association, making this community more affordable and flexible for families. Like all of Woodside’s newer Southern California communities, homes will be solar powered to provide renewable energy for owners who will benefit from reduced costs for the life of their systems.
